How it works...
1. Send us your photo(s) via mail or email with 50% payment as deposit. We accept payment via PayPal, cashiers check or money order payable to Sassy Foto. The most important factor to a photo is clarity. If the artist can see the faces or main object clearly, we can certainly create an artwork of masterpiece quality for you. When sending photos by email, please make sure to scan the photos with at least 300 dpi (dots per inch) resolution so that the artists can see enough details. If there is any problem with your photos, we will contact you right away.
2. Artist is assigned to your work. We have a small network of artists who specialize in different styles and subjects. We will assign your order to the artists that best suits the style and subject you selected. If, at any time, the artist has questions about your order, they will contact us and we will communicate those questions directly to you.
3. Artist completes the artwork. A quality control artist inspects the completed artwork and communicates with the artist. When the artwork meets our quality standards, it will be approved for shipment.
4. We deliver the artwork to you. After receiving the shipment from the artists, we will frame (if purchased) the art and ship it to you in a well-protected package. Your Fine Art will be shipped 5 business days following final payment.
*** Please be mindful that the turnaround time from start to finish is usually between 8-10 weeks for art work to be completed and delivered to you.
